Market Development
• Drive strategically and operationally to the achievement of Asia Miles business objectives by recruiting new members, which needs to leverage both internal and external channels though on site events, partnership campaign and digital channels to deliver the business goal in Taiwan.

Marketing Communication
• Supporting the planning, execution, and measurement of recruitment campaigns and marketing activities. Plan and execute direct mail, brochures, sales tools, newsletters and/or email marketing projects.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with top media, influencers, bloggers and industry leaders to promote Asia Miles as leading travel and lifestyle membership club popularly applied by local customers.
PR & Social Media
• Prepare news and launch activities, including coordinating media, influencer and blogger interviews, tours, events, generating releases, presentations and other materials as appropriate to strengthen the relationship between Asia Miles and partners/ and the media.
• Day-to-day frontline media relations to sustain and enhance Asia Miles Taiwan's reputation, including developing, cultivating and managing media relations with news agencies.
• Occasionally represents Asia Miles Taiwan to outside public (customers, media, analysts, etc.)

- Education and Experience Required:
• Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) in Journalism, Public Relations,Communications, or Marketing
• 2+ years of experience in PR or a combination of marketing and communications disciplines
Knowledge and Skills Required:
• Superior writing and editing skills – recognized for “near perfection” writing and editing and often asked to edit the work of others
• Strong oral communications skills; ability to think on feet
• “Story teller” – ability to take complex concepts and messages and transform into an audience-resonating story
• Ability to link PR plans and activities to business results
• Well-developed analytic skills (measurement, Return on Investment (ROI)
• Agency and budget management
• Consultative skills
