工作內容

全世界最大海運公司丹麥航商Maersk Line在台分公司誠徵Business Planner/Finance Analyst 一名 (營運分析專員) (給熱愛excel 的你!)

主要工作: (((給熱愛excel 的你!)))
* 彙整並分析財務營運資料
* 參與主管會議建議改善方案
* 分析報表製作/部門協調等等

詳細工作說明:
•Identify and drive profitability improvements through proactive analysis of: Country Cluster/Region Results, Product Level Profitability and Customer and Trade Profitability.
•Use unbiased and independent analysis to provide data and drive business decisions across multiple stakeholders and management levels.
•Work with cluster and regional stakeholders and CEN Finance teams to ensure profitability and reporting tools (e.g. Fact Based Reporting ＂FBR＂) are trusted as the single source of financial figures.
•Support process owners with the necessary level of transparency to drive continuous improvement.
•Ensure projects and reporting solutions meet customer requirements.
•Constructively challenge current methods and processes in order to propose and implement improvements.
•Along with the Head of Business Partnering, become the 'face' of the Business Partnering Function in the cluster.

•Bachelor's degree or equivalent required, preferably in Finance or Business.
•Preferably at least 2 years of Maersk or shipping related business experience.
•Excellent knowledge of the Taiwan organisation and infrastructure is highly preferred.
•Self-driven, self-starter with a passion for data.
•Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
•Capabilities to take on abstract issues and challenges by working both on your own and as part of a cross-functional team where innovative solutions are required.
•Resilient, persistent and has a sense of urgency.
•Results-oriented with a positive attitude.
•Creative problem solving skills.
•Proven track record in project management and change management.
•Previous participation of a process improvement project
