Vietjet越捷航空今表示，因應迅速擴張的航線，現正全球招募空服人才，意者需於2月23日前提出申請，入選者將在越南及其他國家接受密集訓練，並享有優渥薪資、福利及順暢的升遷管道。

Vietjet越捷航空表示，應徵者需擁有高中以上學歷、英文多益400分以上（或其他同等英文能力證明），並介於20歲及30歲之間。男性身高需170公分至180公分；女性身高需160公分至175公分（158公分以上、有空服員經驗者亦可）。
