➤每個職務上皆能守時(也就是懂得時間管理)
➤可以接受輪班排班的工作安排(包含過夜班)
➤可在航班中斷事故處理過程進行班次調動上、或加班,以配合人力上的需求

Qualifications / Experience
Knowledge, skills, training and experience
Customer Service experience is preferred
Demonstrable ability to work independently with good decision-making skills
Self-motivated and enjoys teamwork
Strong customer service mentality with superior interpersonal skills
Good technical knowledge and capability (multi-skilled) to perform each airport job function (with a requirement to pass all training arranged by department and AHQ)
Good understanding of Company policies and procedures and required local and international regulatory procedures
Ability to work in pressurised situations such as disruption, Emergency and Accident and contingency situations
To complete other assignment allotted by his/her supervisors.
Requirements:
Taiwan national register and holding Taiwan ID card
University degree
TOEIC certificate is required to submit with the application and SW test is preferred
Punctuality on every duty
Availability to work shifts (includes overnight shifts)
Availability for shift adjustment or extension regarding flight disruptions handling, manpower requirement
To conform to employee discipline, safety & Security requirement, and grooming & dress code

Purpose:
As an officer of marketing solution in Taiwan, he or she will be responsible for
Oversee partners’ promotion campaign with partnership/rewards teams and operationally to the achievement of Asia Miles business objectives by delivering promotion campaigns, marketing activities and member communications through both internal and external channels including offline and online.
Coordinate with partners and Marketing communications in Taiwan as well as Marketing Solutions in Hong Kong for delivery marketing messages.
Key Responsibilities:
Usage campaigns with existing/new partners
Assist NAP team to achieve the business objectives set by head office through marketing campaigns and promotion programs.
Work with Asia Miles head office to ensure alignment of all Asia Miles initiatives and marketing communications across the selected major partners within Taiwan.
Coordinate with partnership team to ensure relevant Asia Miles business campaigns are aligned with the overall brand image, as well as marketing voice is consistency represented in all communications.
Work closely with local marketing agency and vendor to deliver exceptional quality of work.
Membership Recruitment and Engagement
Engage new members with active rate target of 50% for Taiwan market.
Work with HQ Engagement Team and coordinate with Local teams on joint engagement initiatives.
Rewards
To arrange regular marketing communication & exposure for Rewards.
To deliver messages of Rewards promotion & campaigns to members.
Partnership
Work with partnership team to ensure all marketing communication are fulfilled and exceeding objectives.
Communicate with major partners to create and maintain relationships via excellent marketing operation support.
Collaborate with partnership team to create and achieve effective marketing programs for corporate partners.
Maintain internal documents and report with data entry by updating as necessary and communicating all information to appropriate parties
Monitor and analyze reports, budgets to help Head of Taiwan on internal review and future strategic growth plan.
Ensure the operational process is in compliance with legal governance and guidelines.
Requirement:
Taiwan Citizen
University degree preferably in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or related discipline.
3 years of relevant experience on marketing or public relations.
Good level of knowledge and experience in digital marketing and content management.
Good understanding of social media universe, community management best practices, and emerging social media trends.
Good marketing sense, good grasp and understanding of consumer insights.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
Good team player and strong interpersonal skills, creative, dynamic and innovative.
Independent, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline.
